The petitioners seek regular bail in Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S.Case No. 186 of 2018, registered for the office under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 447 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the large number of persons chased one Abhishek Yadav and made indiscriminate firing and it is alleged that the firing made by co-accused Rahul Yadav, which hit the daughter of the informant, causing her death.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44712 of 2018 (3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the entire allegations are false and concocted and the petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail stating that the petitioner is accused in three other cases, which appears from para-69 of the case diary but it is not mentioned in the petitioner. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, as such, this application is dismissed.
