This application seeks modification in the order dated 21.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 2212 of 2015 whereby the petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender within 04 weeks and furnish the bail bonds. The time granted therein expired on 19.6.2015. The present application seeking modification has been filed on 08.07.2015. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to diverse statements made in the application explained the circumstances under which the petitioners could not surrender within time. Having heard the parties, the application is allowed. Time granted to surrender under order dated 21.05.2015 passed in Cr.
