Petitioner is accused in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 272/273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner, who happens to be the owner of the vehicle, has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2017.
