This is an application for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 247 of 2013/ 30 of 2014, arising out of Pauthu P.S.Case No. 65 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
This is the fourth attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail, details of which have been mentioned in paragraph-2 of the petition.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody for six years and if he is granted bail he will abide by the conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Heard learned APP also.

No.43134 of 2016 (7) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and from perusal of the record that earlier a report was called for from the court below and from the report it appears that the case is likely to be concluded shortly, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible and at the same time Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is also directed to ensure that the witnesses are present in court on the date fixed, so that the trial may be concluded at the earliest.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
