During course of patrolling, informant got confidential information with regard to transportation of illegal wine on a commander jeep which was intercepted. On search, so many, bags were seized. After opening the same, altogether 810 litres of country made wine was seized.

Petitioner is Khalasi of the aforesaid commander jeep and having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition, he happens to be under custody since 26.04.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner, Rajesh Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in Majorganj PS Case No. 146/2017 (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
