Both the petitioners were apprehended along with motorcycle. Furthermore, from the bag having in possession of petitioner, Abhimanu Kumar, five litres of Royal Stag whisky, 1.500 ML Kingfisher beer were seized and for that, both the petitioners are under custody since 17.08.2016. From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that both the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents. Accordingly, petitioners, Vikash Kumar and Abhimanu Kumar @ Abhimanyu Kumar are directed to be
