The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one country made pistol is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from co-accused. Other co-accused has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54967 of 2019(3) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 bail vide Annexure 2 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthni P.S. case No.150 of 2018.
