2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2023 and he is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute.
5.Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7.Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38944 of 2023. 8.In these circumstances, this application is allowed.
9.Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
