The petitioner is in custody in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 (Special Case No. 4013 of 2019) for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 60 liters of Mahua wine was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special
