JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 480 of 2020, G.R. No. 2138 of 2020 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, a purse containing Rs.2800/- and driving licence along with mobile was looted. Learned counsel submits that as per the first information report, the name of the petitioner was disclosed by other persons. The informant has not identified the petitioner yet he has not been put on test identification parade. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2020 Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The
