29-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., four unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, intercepted informant and his nephew and snatched the bag of informant containing Rs. 1,75,000/-, mobile phone and other important document(s).

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article / looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. and he is in custody since 13.01.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51061 of 2021(2) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the fact that till date, no T.I.P. has been held, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-2nd, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020.
