2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) 30(c), 41(1) and 45 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 27 of Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that 600 Kg Jawa Mahua and 20 liters country made liquor and other incriminating articles were recovered from spot.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Session JudgeV Cum Special Judge Excise-I, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Bind Police Station Case No. 215 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of BNSS 2023 .
