ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2.

The petitioner and the O.P. No.2 are present in Chambers today, as per the earlier direction. After much interaction, it transpires that the petitioner is absolutely recalcitrant and is not willing to take O.P. No.2 to her matrimonial home. Petitioner submits that he has already filed a divorce case in the matter and will not take O.P. No.2 to her matrimonial home. Considering the attitude adopted by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
