Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner appears to be a quack and it is alleged that he gave some medicines to the informant's son who died later on. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a registered medical practitioner and, as a matter of fact, the petitioner gave proper medicine to the informant's son but due to careless of the informant, his son died and after that informant lodged the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
