JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-04-2021 Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 638/2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been made accused in another case of similar nature, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion for grant of anticipatory bail to him.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
