The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and she is in custody since 08.05.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.
