This is an application for bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 202 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep opposite party No.2 with him and he is in custody since 16.9.2016 and all the allegations are false and concocted.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2812 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that opposite party No.2 is also ready to life with the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the court below is directed to release the petitioner on provisional bail for a period of six months if the petitioner is ready to keep opposite party No.2 with him and the court below will watch the conduct of both the parties during the aforesaid period by calling them on the date fixed on each month and once the court below is satisfied that they are living happily, he will confirm the provisional bail, otherwise the court below will pass an appropriate order as he thinks fit and proper.
