2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for modification/extension of the order dated 28.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13249 of 2025 due to the reason that the present petitioner could not surrendered himself before the concerned trial court within the stipulated period of time for furnishing his bail bonds. Counsel submits that two of the petitioners who are brothers of the present petitioner, surrendered before the concerned trial court and accordingly, furnished their bail bonds. But, due to lack of proper communication to the present petitioner about his grant of bail, he could not surrendered before the concerned trial court within time. Counsel further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43144 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 submits that at least one week's time may be granted to the petitioner to surrender himself before the concerned trial court to furnish his bail bonds. Counsel submits that in future, such mistake shall not take place.
3. In the light of the submissions made, the present petitioner is hereby granted 10 days' time from today for furnishing his bail bonds before the concerned Trial court.
4. As such, with the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Misc. application is hereby allowed and order dated 28.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13249 of 2025 is modified up to that extent.
