Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the then Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41944 of 2018 and further rejected vide order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73907 of 2018 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of the police and now he has remained in custody for about 15 months and the charge has been framed as well as he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39939 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ms. Rasmi Kuamri, JM. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No.98 of 2018, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
