Petitioner was arrested in course of investigation and made his confessional statement leading to recovery of three sarees from his house but the impugned order does not reflect as to whether seized sarees were put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa , Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S.Case No. 177 of 2015.
