The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(D), 342, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is confining the two sons of the informant in his room. There is no allegation of any assault against petitioner. Petitioner is aged about 70 years. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
