Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender within time due to unavoidable circumstances, as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the application.

In view of the above submission, let the time to surrender of the above petitioner passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49489 of 2015 on 09.04.2015 in the Court of S.D.J.M., Pupari, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34925 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 120 of 2009 be further extended by two weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
