Petitioner seeks bail in Sanhaula P.S. Case No.111 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim is above 18 years age. In her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has levelled general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with his father, mother and one Bittu forcibly took her in a car and then they forced the victim to perform marriage with him. The victim has been examined by the Doctor, which is enclosed as Annexure-3. The doctor has assessed her age as above 18 years. There is delay of three days in lodging the First Information Report. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No.111 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
