2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 840 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2025. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that only on the basis of the suspicion, the name of the petitioner has come in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 840 of 2019.
