JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report with general allegation of assaulting the deceased and others. However, it is informed that co-accused Matalu Paswan as well as Vidhya Bhushan Paswan have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court and the case of these petitioners stands on better footing to that of the aforesaid co-accused Matalu Paswan as well as Vidhya Bhushan Paswan Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of this fact that in course of investigation it came to light that the aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34436 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 co-accused Matalu Paswan as well as Vidhya Bhushan Paswan had also assaulted deceased, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S.Case No. 125 of 2014.
