ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Rajapakar P.S. case No.175 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,Vaishali at Hajipur.
Considering that this is the second application for anticipatory bail, which is not maintainable, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is once again rejected. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which stringent steps shall be taken by the court below for his arrest.
