2. The petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 355 of 2025 registered under Sections 304, 318 (4) of BNS, 2023.

3. The allegation is that the informant along with two others tried to get into on a particular auto. Two persons were sitting in that vehicle and they threw some powder in the eyes of the informant. They started giving her some gold material and one lakh rupees. On refusal, they snatched her ear rings. They tried to throw her near Agamkuan bridge. On hulla, one person was caught and disclosed his name as Raju @ Bhubaneswar Sahni and disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.39266 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/3 petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2025 and co-accused Raju @ Bhubaneswar Sahni who was caught red handed at the spot and on whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner has also been transpired has already been granted bail by the learned Court below on 19.03.2026.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering that the co-accused person who was caught at the spot has already been granted bail by learned Court below and the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2025, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 355 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not
