In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.219/2016, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.554 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is the second attempt. Earlier, this Court has rejected the bail application of the petitioner in Criminal Miscellaneous No.51079 of 2015. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37232 of 2016 (4) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 trial as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from today.
