This is an application for regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 420, 506, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the informant himself. It was alleged by the informant in his FIR regarding theft of tractor and trailer of his master, however during investigation police found that the informant (petitioner) himself had sold that tractor to the FIR named accused. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42330 of 2018 (4) dt.12-09-2018 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014.
