1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Suresh Prasad and Surendra Prasad (Petitioner) ran towards the informant shouting that they would cut his neck and when the informant tried to dodge he sustained injury from tip of the soil. Further, accused persons also assaulted and snatched money and chain as alleged in the F.I.R.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.44008 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that informant alleges that Surendra and Suresh ran towards him with a sword and assaulted, causing injury but in the later part of the allegation, the informant alleges that sword was being carried by Suresh and the injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.1039/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
