The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner parked his vehicle in the non-parking zone which was objected by the Traffic Inspector leading to altercation and assault but thereafter petitioner escaped with the vehicle in question. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is old age person and was driving the vehicle under a valid licence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34539 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Ashutosh Khetan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Srikrishnapuri P.S.
