The petitioner, namely, Bhajju Chauhan is in custody since 19.04.2016 in Noorsarai P.S. Case No.107 of 2016 under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

According to the prosecution case, the equipments for preparing country made wine and 10 liters country made wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and period of detention, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34871 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.107 of 2016.
