The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Sub-Judge-IV-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner was not aware about the forged documents.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37789 of 2020(4) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 that the certificate submitted by the petitioner is found forged one. Hence, this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
