The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under section 394 of the IPC.

Allegation against unknown persons is of stopping the Tempoo of the informant by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been remanded in this case from Danapur Police station Case No. 123 of 2017 on 31.3.2017 and since then he is in custody and except his confessional statement, there is nothing against him. No incriminating material has been recovered from him nor he has been put on TI parade.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Danapur, Patna in Maner Police station Case No. 15 of 2017.
