2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence , these
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47321 of 2023(3) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 petitioners along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant.
4. It is submitted that as per F.I.R., six named accused persons including these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant but doctor has found only one injury. Admittedly , there is land dispute between the parties. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the opposite parties opposes the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -Ist, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Halai O .
