This application has been filed for restoration of First Appeal No. 162 of 1982 which stood dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 21.04.2011. For the reasons mentioned in this application, it is allowed and First Appeal No. 162 of 1982 is restored to its original file.

Vakalatnama has been executed on behalf of the petitioner in favour of Mr. Sanjeet Kumar, learned counsel in view of the fact that Mr. Shri Prakash Shristava is critically ill and the petitioner is unable to obtain No Objection Certificate from Mr. Shri Prakash Shristava.
