Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the informant. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same as well as solemnization of second marriage.

Submission is that petitioner has already filed a case for restitution of conjugal life but the wife is adament not for restoration of conjugal life.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39406 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pakribarwan Dhamaul Police Station Case No. 132 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
