Informant, a goldsmith, during course of his way to his house after closing his shop along with ornaments, cash became victim of road robbery.

It is evident from the case diary that so many accused were apprehended, who made inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement and during course thereof, accused Harendra Manjhi as well as accused Anzar Hussain have stated that they have sold the booty with the petitioner, however, nothing was recovered.
