The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 147/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 337, 307, 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the supporters of candidates of Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj Lohara entered into scuffle and both sides started pelting stones on each other. The petitioner is named in the FIR but it is alleged that the supporters of Chamcham Devi had assembled at the place of occurrence in which Babloo Yadav (husband of the petitioner), Dharmvir Kumar @ Chhotka (brother of the petitioner) and others

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41476 of 2016 (2) dt.19-11-2016 2/2 were present. The informant did not disclose the presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence. The petitioner is a lady. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 147/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
