JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant lodged the present case against unknown persons in respect of murder of his son. It appears that for the first time, the name of petitioner came at para -32 of the case diary in which confidential information of spy of the police was recorded. However, in course of investigation, petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. Petitioner has criminal antecedent of several cases which is evident from Para-3 of the petition. Para54 of the case diary goes to show that victim of the present case was also a dreaded criminal and altogether nine serious cases had been registered against him. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Maranchi P.S.Case No. 33 of 2015.
