The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to retaliation, the petitioner has been roped into the present case as earlier Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 instituted against the informant and others by the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the present case is counter case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of

No.30786 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpanti P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
