Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) A and 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, he has sufficiently been punished by remaining in jail custody for near about ten months.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Suryagarha P.S. Case no. 245/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
