====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned SC-8 for the State.

The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to get the allegations made by him enquired by the Vigilance.

However, after some argument, learned

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.765 of 2014 (5) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 counsel submits that he had already filed a police case being Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 364 of 2014, against the accused who are also private respondents in the present application but due to the connivance of the local police, final form has been submitted against the accused. He submits that in view of the same, he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a protest petition in the other case before the Court where the police has submitted final form which has not yet been accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid. It is expected that if the petitioner files such protest petition, the Court concerned shall, upon hearing the parities, pass appropriate orders.
