The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 295 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR and there is allegation of snatching of Rs. 2,500 but as stated at paragraph - 11 of the application, the petitioner has been continuously ill since long time and has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31105 of 2015 (4) dt.23-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 295 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
