2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Civillines P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in short, is that three co-accused persons surrendered before the court below after getting the benefit of anticipatory bail. Rita Devi was bailor of co-accused Ankita Devi. According to allegation, the rent receipt of the land of Rita Devi was found fake and it was found in the name of Gajala Praveen.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38808 of 2025(4) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 this case. So far as the petitioner is concerned, though he is also a bailor but there is no allegation against him in the entire FIR. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Gaya in connection with Civillines P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
