1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has antecedent of two cases, petitioner nos. 2 and 4 have antecedent of one case and petitioner no. 3 is a person with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are

No.43355 of 2026(2) dt.16-07-2026 2/3 women and the informant alleges that her agnate Binod deals in illegal liquor business, hence her father-in-law objected, thereafter nine accused persons including the petitioners came and Binod assaulted her father-in-law (Prakash) by a sharp edged weapon causing injury on head and he fell, thereafter Sandeep and Vikram assaulted him by dabiya indiscriminately on head and Manoj along with Anil assaulted Rajendra and Pandav by sharp edged weapon while petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 assaulted the informant and Yashoda Devi snatched her chain and the injured were taken to hospital.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being related to Binod. It is also submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners and a dispute ensued between the parties relating to property. It is further submitted specific allegation of assaulting the fatherin-law of the informant is against Binod, Sandeep and Vikram while Manoj and Anil are alleged to have assaulted Rajendra and Pandav by sharp edged weapon.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.43355 of 2026(2) dt.16-07-2026 3/3 counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are women and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 186 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
