This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46393 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46393 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
