Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of causing firearm injury, as a result whereof son of the informant died, is against co-accused Amresh Rai.

There is allegation of firing against the petitioner as well as co-accused Subodh Kumar Rai. However, the same hit none. Sonu Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47171 of 2016 on 08.12.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49904 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Dalsingsarai (Samastipur)/Successor Court in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016.
