This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Konch P.S. Case No. 309 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Consequent upon recovery of 150 liters of country made liquor from the petitioner's house, the First Information Report was registered. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 19.06.2021. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It has further been stated that other family members of the petitioner, who also occupied the house from where recovery was made, have been allowed bail by this Court by orders dated 25.11.2019 and 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75074 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 76941 of 2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge of Excise Act, Gaya, in Konch P.S.
