JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-08-2022 In this contempt application after much efforts only the opposite party no.2 has entered appearance through Nikunj Shekhar, learned Advocate. When the matter is called out no one appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2. On record, however a letter bearing No. 29 dated 06.05.2022 written by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura has been received as regards the present stage of the compliance towards payment of the entire amount to the petitioner.
A perusal of the letter would show that the opposite party no. 2 has paid a substantial amount towards the arrears of maintenance in the month of April, 2022.

No.8879 of 2021(11) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 Learned court below has already taken steps to enforce the payment of maintenance by issuing a warrant and passing of an order of attachment and sale of property of opposite party no. 2. The opposite party no. 2 was also arrested by police whereafter he has made the substantial payment. The stand of opposite party no. 2 as has been disclosed in the letter is that he has paid up to the month of April, 2022. At this stage, the petitioner, who appears in-person, submits that there is an arrear of Rs. 8800/- approximately as on today.
In the given facts and circumstances, this Court finds that so far as the order dated 06.03.2020 passed by this Court is concerned, the same has already been complied with. The outstanding amount, if any, would be realized through the process of court by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura.
This application stands disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
